
Qualifications & Experience
I hold an FdA and BA (hons) in Integrative Counselling, and I am currently studying for a PGCert in Psychodynamic Counselling at the University of Oxford. I completed a clinical placement at Change Grow Live, where I received specialised training in the field of addiction, and have volunteered at a sixth form college supporting young people with their mental health. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I have experience of working therapeutically with the following issues, anxiety, addiction, ADHD, sex & sexuality, compulsions, OCD, men’s issues, childhood abuse, depression, stress, loneliness, body image, anger, self esteem, purpose, relationships, pornography addiction, life transitions, work issues, obsessions, loss trauma, spirituality.

Sessions
Sessions can be short term or long term, are usually conducted weekly online or in person, and last for 50 minutes.
